A post-doctoral associate is sought to lead a basic and translational project in acute myelogenous leukemia (AML). Our goal is to identify the molecular pathways required for self-renewal in a murine model of AML and in primary human AML samples. Our lab focuses on unraveling the signaling and gene expression behavior at the single-cell level using whole transcriptome single-cell RNA sequencing and high dimensional mass cytometry in murine models and primary human samples. This position is ideal for a motivated scientist with training in the field of cancer biology or immunology, experience with flow cytometry and animal models, and an interest in using large-scale datasets to address biological questions. Please include specific information regarding your interest in this position in the text of your reply email.
