We welcome you to the user community for Cellenics® – the open source, biologist-friendly single-cell RNA-sequencing data analytics tool!
Cellenics® software was developed by © 2020-2022 President and Fellows of Harvard College. Biomage is an open-source software company that provided services to Harvard Medical School for the design and development of Cellenics® and hosts a community instance of Cellenics®.
Using this software, scientists can gain unprecedented insight into complex biological systems and advance their research programmes more quickly.
Why should you join the community?
You can report bugs, request new features, and receive support with your analysis in Cellenics®. Additionally, you can connect with other scientists to discuss anything related to single-cell RNA sequencing! Who knows, you might even meet a new collaborator! For the single-cell field to continue to evolve, we believe collaboration and exchange of ideas between researchers interested in single-cell RNA sequencing are important! We would also love to hear about your recently published papers or success stories!
Who can join this community?
Anyone! We welcome all researchers interested in single-cell RNA sequencing. It doesn’t matter if you’re a PhD student or a Professor, in academia or industry, in Scotland or Australia – you’re welcome!
How to log in?
You can log into the community using your Cellenics® credentials. To learn more about Cellenics®, visit https://www.biomage.net/. To make an account and start your analysis in Cellenics®, go to https://scp.biomage.net/.
