An open forum will follow Dr. Martelotto’s presentation on topics including, but not limited to:

  1. Single-cell and single-nuclei isolation do’s and don’ts
  2. Working with challenging samples (e.g, frozen cells, very low input (e.g., biopsies), etc.)
  3. Collaboration with other cores (flow cytometry, microscopy, histology, sequencing, etc.)
  4. User and core expectations
  5. Evaluating new single-cell and spatial technologies
