Position – Research Technician C
Institution – Yeshiva University (Eisenstein, WI)
Description
Epigenomics Facility is searching for a Research Technician C to work with DNA and RNA for Resequencing, ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, small RNA-seq and HELP-tagging and bisulfite sequencing assays on the Illumina sequencing platform which include library preparation, sample quantification (using Nanodrop, Qubit and fluorometer). Also performed quality control tests like PCR, Real Time PCR and Bioanalyzer using Agilent bioanalyzer 2100
Requirements – B.A/B.S. in a related science or equivalent skills and experience plus 2 or more years experience are required.
