In this tutorial, Dr. Laurent presents data published in the Journal of Laboratory Automation, to demonstrate how low-cost Nextera XT libraries can be prepared accurately in as little as 2 µL total volume, using the positive displacement pipetting technology of a mosquito liquid handler in an automated high-throughput environment.
