NGS pipelines in UGENE

UGENE is a free open-source cross-platform bioinformatics software. It works perfectly on Windows, Mac OS and Linux and requires only a few clicks to install.

This video shows a brief overview of NGS pipelines in UGENE: “Variant Calling with SAMtools”, “RNA-seq Analysis with Tuxedo”, and “ChIP-seq Analysis with Cistrome”.
