Single-cell Webinar: “Oncofetal Ecosystem: Embryonic Tale of Tumorigenesis”

Join us for the up-coming BioTuring Single-cell Webinar: “Oncofetal Ecosystem – Embryonic Tale of Tumorigenesis“, featuring Dr. Ankur Sharma (Genome Institute of Singapore)  and his recent study, using single-cell analysis to map an atlas of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and fetal livers (Sharma et. al., 2020). The work discovers a previously unexplored onco-fetal reprogramming of the tumor ecosystem.

As this atlas of ~212,000 cells is now available in BioTuring Single-cell Browser, a platform for the scientific community to interactively explore public single-cell omics data, Jennifer Pham (BioTuring Inc.) will follow Dr. Ankur Sharma to discuss how to access and re-analyze the data set in BioTuring Single-cell Browser.
