October 2–6 2017
CEITEC MU, University Campus Bohunice
Kamenice 5, Brno, Czech Republic
The objective of the summer school is to provide participants with an overview on the most up-to-date topics in RNA research. The lectures from leading experts in the field will cover both, the molecular mechanisms of protein-RNA interactions and role of ncRNAs and RNA-binding proteins in cellular and organismal physiology. The lectures will cover the current advances in RNA and protein structure analyses, basics of RNA-sequencing and RNA bioinformatics, identification of ncRNAs, and methods for studying their functions and mechanisms.
The event is divided into summer school lectures, which will take place every morning, and practical workshop, which will take place each afternoon. You need to register separately or each event.
